MarkOut is sold as Windows desktop software for $24.99. This page explains the support and refund process.
Before purchase
Review the pricing page and product description before buying. If you are unsure whether your printer workflow is a good fit, contact support first.
Refund requests
If MarkOut cannot run on your Windows computer or does not work for the printing workflow you purchased it for, contact support within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Support process
Include your order email, Windows version, printer model, and a short description of the issue when using the support or request pages linked in the footer.
